Welcome! This guide will help you get the most out of Eventano—from setup to selling tickets.
Whether you’re an admin or a customer, this documentation covers everything you need to know about
Eventano.
Let’s walk through how Eventano makes event management simple and powerful.
Important: Eventano is a WooCommerce extension and requires WooCommerce
5.0+, WordPress 5.8+, and PHP 7.4+. It is tested
up to WordPress 6.9. For downloads, support, and the official plugin page visit
WordPress.org -
Eventano.
Before you begin: Always create a full backup of your site files and database, and
test the plugin in a staging environment when possible.
Recommended server setup: Keep PHP updated (7.4+), enable common extensions like
curl, mbstring, and json, and run the latest compatible versions of
WordPress and WooCommerce.
Activation notes: After activating Eventano, if you use caching or optimization
plugins clear all caches. On multisite networks consider whether network activation is appropriate
for your setup.
Support & docs: If you encounter issues, check the plugin's documentation and the
WordPress support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/eventano/. When reporting a problem
include WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP versions, and a brief description of the issue.
